Que. Timings of ordering for students and Timings of ordering for Non-students bodies shall
be different. How to stop students’ intervention during those time? (Only if we’re
bothered about it in any manner, since it is redundant query)
Ans. Through coding we can introduce “RBAC – Role based access control” by which we can
allow a specific users only to access certain pages. Based on the technology of website
developed, the duration and price of this may vary from 2-7 days and 2000-7000 if we
get it outsourced. Technology can be known only by accessing server.
Que. What will be the time provided for ordering for teachers?
Ans. The portal shall be open 0.5 to 1 hr prior to the current timings for lunch/dinner/snacks
in the mess which are (12-14:25, 16-17:55 and 19:30-21:25).

Que. If the ordering from non-student body is done through website (option 1 of 5th slide)
then how may the concerned person get to know about the order?
Ans. The alert messages regarding the ordering can be sent directly to the person who is
handling the delivery services of the non student bodies’ ordering so as to reduce the
burden of manager as well as the redundant communication.
Que. How much time and money will it take to develop this function on our website?
Ans. Depending upon the technology on which the website is built, it may take 2-7 days in
terms of time and 2000-10000 INR in terms of money to outsource this activity (if we
include RBAC). Without RBAC, it shall be just addition of some options and ids. So
completely free!!! And the time shall also be negligible.

Que. How much time shall be required for the adaptability of the system by stakeholders?
Ans. Since our process does not interfere with the most of the manual processes, the
estimated time id nearly 7-10 days max.
Que. How shall billing be improved post implementation of this?
Ans. From this WebApp, we can download excel sheet of the statistics stating the billing
amount for each faculty.
Que. How will we send the bills to the related persons?
Ans. The bill amount can be traced through online portal. If any stakeholder asks for the
physical copy of bills then the same can be provided on case to case basis.
Anticipated problems - 4 (with solutions during execution)
Que. How will we receive the payments and how will we trace it?
Ans. We can receive payments through net-banking / BHIM / Google Pay / Phone Pay / QR
codes of all to smoothen the payment receipt process.
For tracking this with mess account, we may ask the payer to upload the screenshot of
the payment on the portal.

Additional Perks to stakeholders (Non-student bodies):


1. Non student bodies will not have to do a register entry when they are having
Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks/Dinner in the mess.
2. Also, we can extend the benefits of night mess to stakeholders without any extra effort.
