RESOLUTION NO.1
SERIES OF 2017

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY

STA. CRUZ, DUMALAG, CAPIZ TO APPROVE AND RELEASE THE CASH
FUND BALANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS FOR THE PWD’S OF
BARANGAY STA. CRUZ FOR CY 2017.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Bgy. Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz has
appropriate funds for the maintenance and Operating Expnses off the PWD
Officers and Members of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz for CY 2017.

WHEREAS, such fund has an unexpected balance for the use that will
benefit the PWD Officers and Members of the said Barangay;

WHEREAS, the PWD Officers would like to use such funds for the purchase
of goods for its members;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Letecia Fajada and duly seconded by

Victor Ortiz be it resolved as t is hereby resolved to request the Barangay
Council of Bgy. Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz to approve and release the fund
balance from the appropriation of PWD of Bgy. Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 27th day of November 2017.
