DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

as the vendor, for and in consideration of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY ( 500,000 ). Philippine
Currency, receipt of which hereby acknowledge by the vendor to its complete satisfaction, the VENDOR
hereby SELLS, TRANSFER, and CONVEYS by the way of absolute sale, unto the said VENDEE, its successors
and assigns the above describe property/properties. VENDOR further warrants and represents that it has
a perfect right to sell the same, and it will defend the tittle thereto against lawful claims of all the persons
whoever. Unit sold was used and this sale is “as-is-where-is basis , and without warrant as to defect and
