    Franchisee Store Crew Requirements

    I. Standard Store Crew Requirements


    a. Male or Female
    b. At least 5 ft. in height
    c. High School Graduate
    d. 18 years old and above
    e. With pleasing personality
    f. Preferably single
    g. Good in numbers
    h. Smart, Flexible, and a Good team player

    II. Standard Uniform During BSOT:


    a. Hairnet
    b. White t-shirt (PLAIN)
    c. Long pants (black or blue pants)
    d. Closed shoes with socks
    e. Must be in proper hygiene
    - clean haircut/no beard and moustache for male.
    - with light make-up for female
    - short and clean fingernails
    *** to bring: - Training Endorsement Form (TFA1)
    - ball pen
    - calculator
    *** to register the names of attendees before the BSOT date

    III. Schedule of Training:


    a. - every Tuesday & Wednesday - Pque. Head Office
    - as per schedule - for satellite offices
    b. will start at 8:00am
    - to be physically present before 8:00am
