Dear Hon. Panarigan,

Christian greetings!
It has been our practice to initiate a GRADUATION BALL before the completers finally leave
the portals of Dolis Extension High School. This culminating social activity is highly requested
by the graduating students and completers themselves, and we want to fulfil this last request
before they finally part ways. At least they have something to remember. The event will be on
March 21st, Thursday, 6:00 P.M., at the Brgy. Dolis Gymnasium.

However, we really lack chairs and tables to accommodate our twenty-five (25) pairs, including
the faculty and guests during the event.

Along with this, we humbly and heartily ask your permission to let us borrow SIXTY (60)
PLASTIC CHAIRS and TABLES from the barangay hall. We also request your good office to
allow two or three of your BARANGAY TANODS to oversee the students and secure their
safety after the event and during the socials/disco.

Also, we would be really glad if you can join us on that event .We would be expecting you there.
