Housing
Standard close tolerance rotor clearances to 2 vanes in
housing bore and endplates. ACS standard contact with Rotor assembly
clearance is .004”-.006” housing at all
Outboard bearings and ACST-4 shaft seal assembly times
eliminates bearing failure & frictional heat
Standard close tolerance with 8-vane rotor with at
least 2 vanes on each side of the valve housing in Bearing and Rotor blade
position of minimum clearance at all times shaft seal area
Rotor blade standard thickness is 3/8” Note: not shown
