what would you do differently?
RTA/ I should not change anything because i
´m very well with the career that I have chose

criticism do you hear the most?
RTA/ only good critics because i am a very
good in the jobs that my have played

RTA/ in my last job i was inventory analyst for
the company GENFAR on the city of BOGOTA

4. What is your work philosophy?

RTA/ the job hard, make responsible persons

5. How have you changed professionally

speaking in the last two years?
RTA/ I have climbed a long time thanks to the
studies I am doing to improve my knowledge
and experiences
6. Tell me about the best manager you have
ever had.
RTA/ the best boss that i have had was in the
company of food because she was a person
very frienly and too very helpful with the
employees

7. What were the most memorable

accomplishments in your last position?
RTA/ My best achievement was that thanks to
my attitude and performance, reaches the
positions.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

RTA/ i would like work at a company that
value my efforts and my knowledge more.

9. In your previous position, how much time did

you spend learning how to do things better?
RTA/ in my previous position was a longtime yet
that was a lot of information and have to
handle a lot of data

why do you want to leave?
RTA/ there is what search for new options, for
to get better my quality of life and that of my
family
