PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The application fee is P600 for applicants from schools in the Philippines, and P2,500 or
US$50 for international applicants (applicants currently studying abroad).
NOTE:
1. An applicant who wishes to take the ACET at our Provincial Testing
Center should pay the application fee in her or his chosen provincial
testing center.
2. An applicant from Philippine public high school or science high school
is exempted from paying the application and testing fees.
3. An applicant from private high school who is financially unable to pay
the application fee AND is one of the top 10 students of her/his
graduating batch is exempted from paying the application fee upon
submission of a certificate from her/his school.

Payments may be made on-campus or off-campus.

On-Campus

1. Go to the Office of Admission and Aid (OAA) at the Ground Floor of Kostka Hall to fill
out a charge slip.
2. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office and pay the application fee.
3. Submit application requirements to the Office of Admission and Aid together with the
receipt given by the Cashier’s Office.
Off-Campus

This option is only for applicants who wish to take the ACET in Metro Manila and who will
pay in pesos.

1. Over-the-counter payment at any Metrobank branch (Please see details below.)


2. Over-the-counter payment at any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch
(Please see details below.)

Submit application requirements to the Office of Admission and Aid together with the verified
payment slip.
You may ask for the official receipt from the Office of Admission and Aid. (Receipt will be
available three working days after payment.)

1. Over-the-counter payment at any Metrobank branch

1. Go to the nearest Metrobank Trust Co. (MBTC) branch.

2. Get a Metrobank payment slip and write the following:


A. Company Name: Ateneo de Manila University
B. Subscriber Name: (Name of Student Applicant)
C. Reference Number: (leave blank)
D. Subscriber Number: 100-253-000
E. Mode of Payment: Cash/Check/Debit account
F. Amount of Payment: P600 (if applicant is studying in the
Philippines)

P2,500 (if applicant is studying


abroad)

NOTE: Slips are to be accomplished in duplicate copies


1st copy = bank copy
2nd copy = client’s copy

3. Present payment slip to Metrobank teller together with cash/check

4. Receive and check the validated payment slip. Make sure that it
bears the correct spelling of the name of the applicant.

5. Submit the verified Metrobank payment slip together with the


other application requirements to the Office of Admission and Aid.

6. You may ask for the official receipt from the Office of Admission and
Aid. (Receipt will be available three working days after payment.)
2. Over-the-counter payment at any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch

Proceed to the nearest Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) branch and approach the BPI Express Assist
(BEA) Bills Payment Machine.

1. Select “Bills Payment”.

2. Select “Other Merchants”.

3. Enter 100253000 as the 9-digit reference number.


4. Choose mode of payment.

5. Enter 600 as AMOUNT to be paid if student applicant is studying in the Philippines, or 2500 if he or she
is studying abroad.

6. Encoded transaction details will be displayed. If correct, tap NEXT. If not, click CANCEL.
7. If single transaction, select NO. For multiple transactions, select YES.

8. Queue Number will be displayed and printed.

9. Once the teller is available, approach the designated counter that will be flashed on the board next to
your Queue Number.

10. Teller will ask for the name of the Merchant you wish to pay. Simply state, Ateneo Miscellaneous Units
or AMISCU to proceed with the payment.

11. Teller will ask for the Name of the Applicant. Give the name of the applicant.

12. Hand over the payment to the teller and receive the validated deposit slip as proof of payment. Make
sure that it bears the correct spelling of the applicant’s name.

13. Submit the verified BPI deposit slip together with the other application requirements to the Office of
Admission and Aid.

14. You may ask for the official receipt from the Office of Admission and Aid. (Receipt will be available
three working days after payment.)
