    Dear Parent,

    Mind Builders Academy is conducting a Six – Consecutive Saturday Advanced Mathematics Training
    Program for all levels starting August 10 to September 14 at Mind Builders Academy form 8:00AM – 11:00AM.

    Said training aims to equip our kids with mathematical skills in preparation for their participation in the
    Metrobank MTAP DepEd Math Challenge Competition.

    In view of this, a registration fee of two hundred pesos (Php 200) will be charged each participant to defray
    expenses for the materials and allowance of their teacher.

    Kindly accomplish the Return Slip below and submit it to his/her adviser not later than August 9, 2019.

    Thank you very much for your usual support and cooperation.
