Steps:
Copy the threee columns into notepad and give one spacing among them
If you do not have numbers after decimal just fill with .00 and make sure to provide one space in notepad
Import these in X Y coordinates into PLS-CADD
Do not define Co-ordinate system during importing co-orindates , just skip
once the coordinates are imported with 2 errors like there will be 2 more column data to be required which software will assum
now define coordinate system and proceed
which software will assume defaults
