Performance Enhancement Strategy

The objective is to introduce a process on a continual basis ensuring involvement of various stakeholders
resulting in effective outputs in client servicing and Media relations.

The strategy will be based on three pillars:

 Internal/ Team Communication


 Client Communication
 Media Communication

Internal/ Team communication:

 Regular meetings with the team on a weekly basis


 The idea is to discuss and brainstorm ideas for all the clients managed by the team
 The activity will help enhance the understanding of clients and the industry ultimately resulting in
content for communication with the media

Client communication:

Discussions on activities and showcasing work in progress is an inevitable client engagement activity.

 Initiate regular meetings with clients on a weekly/fortnightly basis


 Meetings to discuss PR activities for the week/ month, story ideas for media, updates of the month
from client, any news/events/ activities/announcements
 Meetings should also involve servicing review of the team – media relations, response to clients,
event arrangements etc.
 Minutes of the meeting to be documented and shared with client

Media communication:

Consistent engagement with journalists to strengthen and maintain media relations

 Three days in a week to be dedicated for media rounds (by the team)
 Takeaways from weekly meetings with team and client to be shared/pitched to the journalist
 When there is no substantial news, meet the journalist to check for stories they are working on

Note: The above mentioned activities can be scheduled according to the time convenience of the client and
respective team
