The objective is to introduce a process on a continual basis ensuring involvement of various stakeholders
resulting in effective outputs in client servicing and Media relations.
Client communication:
Discussions on activities and showcasing work in progress is an inevitable client engagement activity.
Media communication:
Three days in a week to be dedicated for media rounds (by the team)
Takeaways from weekly meetings with team and client to be shared/pitched to the journalist
When there is no substantial news, meet the journalist to check for stories they are working on
Note: The above mentioned activities can be scheduled according to the time convenience of the client and
respective team
