What is Consumer Connect Application?

Consumer Connect Application is an application which is used to e-filing, e-payment


and case tracking.

Features used in the application

 User - Consumer
1. Register New

It is used to register new users into application.

Select the user type as “Consumer” as shown in

NOTE: The registration process for Advocate & Respondent is same as Consumer.

Enter the “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email ID” & “Mobile No” in the highlighted
text box as show in Figure 1. 3

Click on “File Case Now” button the mobile number confirmation page is displayed
as shown in Figure 1. 4

Click on “Generate OTP”, the One Time Password will be send to the entered
registered mobile number. The page is opened as shown in Figure 1. 5

Enter the “OTP” which is received on the registered mobile number in the
highlighted text box as shown in Figure 1. 6

Click on “Submit” button the user name & password will be sent to the registered mobile
number. The successful message is displayed as shown in
Figure 1. 7

2. Login

It is used to login into application.

Enter the “Email ID”, “Password” & “Captcha” in the highlighted text box as shown
in Figure 2. 2

Click on “Submit” button the home page for consumer is opened as shown in Figure

3. Forgot Password

It is used to reset the password.

Enter the “Email ID” & “Mobile No.” in the highlighted text box as shown in Figure

4. Activate User

It is used to activate the blocked user.

Enter the “Email” & “Mobile No” in the highlighted text box as shown in Figure 4. 2

Click on “Generate OTP” button the OTP will send to the registered mobile number.
By verifying the mobile number using the OTP, the user account will be activated.

5. Modify User

It is used to update the user details.

After login, Click on “Modify User”, the user profile page will be opened as shown in
Figure 5. 2

Edit the required details and check the terms & conditions checkbox as shown in
Figure 5. 3

Click on “Submit” button the successful message is displayed as shown in Figure 5.

6. Change Password

It is used to change the password.

After login, Click on “Change password”, the change password page is opened as

Enter the “New Password” & “Confirm Password” in the highlighted text box as
shown in Figure 6. 3

Click on “Submit” button, the password will be changed.

It is used to view the details of Filing History & Case Tracker.

8. New Case
It is used to file a case.

Select the “Nature of Case” from the highlighted dropdown as shown in Figure 8. 3

Select the “Claim Amount” from the highlighted dropdown as shown in Figure 8. 5

If the “Claim Amount” selected is under “District”, the common field form will be

If the “Claim Amount” selected is under “State”, the user has to select the
“Jurisdiction” from the highlighted dropdown as shown in Figure 8. 7

After selecting the “Jurisdiction”, the common field form will be opened as shown in

The case will be assigned to Filing Clerk bucket for scrutiny.

9. Draft

It is used to save the case details while filing.

Click on “Delete” button, the case will be deleted.


Click on “Proceed” link, the user can continue the case filing process.

10. Transfer Case

It is used to transfer a case.

It is used to view the payment history.
