*Parents may leave after dropping students off.

9:15 AM Opening Meeting (KMHS Theater)

9:30 AM Master Classes/Rehearsal (Sectional Rooms)

Covering: Instrument Assembly, Embouchure, Hand
Position, Breathing, and Tone Production

12:30 PM Lunch & Carnival Activities (Cafeteria & Courtyard)

*Socks are required for Bouncy Houses*
*Students are responsible for providing their own
nutritional sacked lunch.*

1:45 PM Students Meet in Sectional Rooms/Concert Review

*Parents please return to see the demonstration concert

2:00 PM Sixth Grade Demonstration Concert in Sectional Rooms

2:10 PM All students and parents transition to courtyard for KMHS

performance

2:15 PM KMHS Marching Band Exhibition Concert (Courtyard)

Students are dismissed at the end of the concert.
