Good day, we are the assigned official of PTA last Friday (August 2, 2019). We want to inform
you what we have been discussed throughout the meeting; The parent’s and teacher have agreed to
have a school project, and it is to provide the following furniture and appliances:

1. (3) wall fan.

2. (1) Ceiling fan.
3. Curtains
4. Chicken.

In able to provide those projects’ we are hoping for 100-pesos contribution for each student’s
parent.
