Resolution Letter of ABM Association

Appointing a New Secretary

Duly Passed on July 15, 2019

WHEREAS, ABM Association needed to immediately complete its official officers.

WHEREAS, ABM Association needed immediate appointment of treasurer.

WHEREAS, elected treasurer of ABM Association Clifford Abare from ABM 11-2 transferred into
another school.

RESOLVED, that Ma. Angelou Macacado, committee of ABM Association is here by appointed as the
new treasurer of the said organization.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the said officer has an experienced and knowledge in organizations in her
previous years in school. She is knowledgeable and ready to accept her duties in handling funds and doing
auditing financial transactions of the association.

It is hereby certified by the under signed that the foregoing resolution was duly passed by the members of
the ABM Association on the 15 day of July 2019 in accordance in the constitution by law and that the
said resolution has been duly recorded in the minute book.

WHEREAS, ABM Association needed to immediately complete its officers.

WHEREAS, new section was formed which is ABM 11-3.

WHEREAS, Class President of ABM 11-3 was already elected as Vice President of ABM Association.

WHEREAS, Vice President of ABM 11-3 declined the position of being the Board Member from their
section.

RESOLVED, that Rose Ann Arcenal, the secretary which is next in line accept the position of being the
Board Member fro ABM 11-3.
