DAY WORKOUT

MONDAY Arm Day


•2 sets of 12 reps of shoulder press(works your
shoulder)
•2 sets of 10 reps of Boxing( works to have
strong muscle)
•3 sets of 10 reps of Dumbbell (works your
biceps)

TUESDAY Leg Day

•Stretching first(leg)
•2 sets of 15 reps of sprint(works out your
legs)

•2 sets of 10 reps of jump

WEDNESDAY Rest Day

THURSDAY Gladiator

•2 sets of 40 lunges
•3 sets of 15 reps squats

•1 set of 15 reps of shoulder tap

FRIDAY Core Day

•2 sets of 15 reps of plank leg raises


•2 sets of 10 reps of arm plank raises

•1 minute of Body Saw

SATURDAY Love Handles

•2 sets of 30 reps of jumping jacks


•2 sets of 10 reps of twists

Research Design

This study for Borax(sodium borate) as a viable flame retardant for wood based houses will rely

on Posttest experimental design. According to Scott Morris (2009) stated that several measures

of effect size for studies with repeated measurements in both treatment and control groups.

Different pretest-posttest designs are presented in a manner that can help rehabilitation

professionals to better understand and determine effects resulting from selected interventions.
