Notice regarding NRI Quota verification and willingness for WB UG 2019 NRI
Quota counseling

In view of the notification of the Govt of India bearing memo No U-

11011/20/2019/05-MEC dated 18.06.2019 and the communication issued by the
Director of Medical Education, Govt of West Bengal bearing memo No
ME/MISC/M/1619 dated 08.06.2019, as obtaining of the embassy certificate
requires considerable amount of time, and the counseling and admission is time
bound, hence in the strength of the affidavit and self declaration submitted by the
NRI sponsors, the candidates may be provisionally allowed to participate in the
NRI Quota counseling. The allotment and admission will be as per NEET UG 2019
rank along with submission of an undertaking that such candidates will submit the
said required document/s within next 3 months time frame, failing which such
seats may be liable to be cancelled.

The candidates who have already enrolled and paid counseling fee, have to verify
their documents regarding eligibility as NRI candidate/s at the WBUHS premises
on 9th August 2019 from 11 am till 3 pm ( as per server time) if they want to
participate for NRI quota seat allotment.

Such candidates after successful verification, are required to register online in

www.wbmcc.nic.in and submit willingness from 6 pm of 9th August 2019 till 10 am
of 10th August 2019 to be able to participate for NRI Quota seat allotment and
admission during college level mop up round.
