spread in 2 Acres at Boisar, established in 2009 engages in designing and

manufacturing the cost-effective aluminium formwork system with high
quality and intensive services.
We have manufactured almost 3,00,000 square meter of formwork in
last Nine years for the clients all over the India. With production
capacity of 10,000 square meter of formwork per month we also have in-
house units for steel accessories, cleaning and coating of aluminium
formwork.

experience in Aluminium Formwork.

 DAN formwork consists of several thousand of aluminum panels
and components of different sections connected together by
simple pin & wedge mechanism to produce a mould, thus the
concrete is poured into this mould to cast various structure of a
building.
 Using DAN formwork, all the walls, floor slabs, columns, beams,
staircase, balcony plus door and window openings are caste in
place in a site operation. The resulting structure building is very
strong and accurate in dimensions, creating a high quality of
finished surface.
 Compared with traditional formwork at 15~25 days to complete
per floor, our innovative formwork system can construct a
building on 4~8 days basis per floor instead.

 What makes this system most effective?

properties fabrication of formwork is faster and in any shape.

• Sharp edges, smooth curves.

• The formwork is made with an aluminum alloy which has high
tensile strength and is also very hard.
• Aluminum does not rust like steel, therefore, the aluminum
formwork can be reused multiple of times.

Apart from the sales of entire formwork system, we also like to

manufacture the standard panels and components, such as 450*2400 and
other sizes upon customer’s request.

We produce standard wall panel 600 W 2050 and Deck Panel 600 D 1200.

Our standard panels are made out of two L shape extrusion, thereby gives
more strong and stiff panel with minimum welding; resulting panel
could be used 150+ times if properly used.

 How to WORK?
Step 1:
In DAN Aluform, we use state-of-art software to create
best formwork system for your building project or
business after receipt of the drawings (DWG format
preferred).

Step 2:
Our engineer team works closely with you to convert
architectural plans to shell models, the calculation of
costing is carried out, we prepare and present the
proposal. And then, you can execute the Purchase Order
next.

Step 3:
After you have approved the formwork solution, the final
drawings and detailed work instruction are dispatched to
start production.
