    Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

    I have learned that the Philippine Air Force is in need of a nurse to help in the operations of one
    of your clinics/hospitals. It is my sincere and honest desire to apply as a company nurse wherein
    the application of my knowledge and experiences will be made possible.

    I am Mrs. Jean Depalobos - Linao, a registered nurse, registered midwife, and finished my
    Master of Arts in Nursing, major in Clinical Supervision last April 2009 at the University of San
    Carlos, Cebu City. Presently employed as Instructor I/Clinical Instructor at the Province of
    Negros Occidental – Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology (PNO-
    NONESCOST), College of Nursing, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental under permanent status.

    If you will give me a chance, I would do my best to win your confidence by means of hardwork,
    perseverance, and devotion to duty.
