MISSION
To provide adequate, high quality, reliable, accessible, and affordable
laboratory examinations and medical services, performed in quality
assured conditions and parameters, and come up with accurate and
precise results that correlate clinically.

VISION
A secondary clinical laboratory and medical clinic that can serve the
people and community of Oton and other nearby municipalities
conforming to good manufacturing and regulatory practices.

OBJECTIVES
 Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for all patient, staff and
visitors.
 Maintain confidentiality of patient information and test results.
 Display honesty, reliability, and integrity when performing
laboratory procedures.
 Offer home care as a reasonable alternative to acutely, chronically,
or terminally ill patients.
