JOINT- AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2)
DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, RICARDO A. BANGKAS and ARNEL C. MORALES, both of legal age,

married, Filipinos and residents of Catalunan Pequeňo, Davao City and NHA, Bangkal,
Davao City, Philippines, respectively, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. We are the same affiants who personally and voluntarily caused the
preparation of this affidavit;

2. We personally the person of Alice M. Santos who is the wife of Nazario

Antonio T. Santos. She was born on August 30, 1952 at Caraga, Davao
Oriental;

3. Upon verification of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-218908 involving a

property located at Davao City, her first name is erroneously entered as
Alicia instead of Alice which is her true and correct middle name;

4. Being our long-time friends, we know for a fact that her true and correct
name is Alice M. Santos and the names Alice M. Santos and Alicia M.
Santos refer to one and the same person;

5. We are not related to the above-named person either by affinity or

consanguinity;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing

declarations, to appraise the authorities concerned and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 6th day of
