AFFIDAVIT

I, Police Staff Sergeant Mc Donald John P Morales, of legal age, single, a bonafide
member of the Philippine National Police – Aviation Security Group assigned at Aviation
Security Unit 11 Davao International Airport Police Station designated as Airport Security
Liaison Officer, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby deposes and
states:

That during our duty on July 13, 2019, at around 6:00P.M., I went to Philippine Airlines
check in counter to confirm the flight booking of the RD, PRO 11. After I checked in and
verified the flight details of the VIP’s, I went to DIAPS office at around 6:20P.M., to have
dinner.

That after I had my dinner at around 6:35P.M., I went back to Philippine Airlines check
in counter to verify the flight booking of the Director, Crime Laboratory for I was given advance
information by PSMS Jonathan Serino.

That around 8:00P.M., Patrolman Salvador Felix informed me at DIAPS office that
PCAPT NELSON HERNANDEZ, OIC, DIAPS called and asked regarding the arrival of
Associate Justice DOROTHY GOZAGA.

That I have no knowledge and was not informed in advance in any means regarding the
arrival of the above mentioned Associate Justice.

That I attest to the veracity of this affidavit as an explanation to the memorandum from
Duty Officer dated July 14, 2019 with subject: Explanation.
