With my pride and pleasure, I wish to express my sincerest welcome to the

organizers and participants of this year’s Philippine Society of Continued

Programs’ 2019 Lucao Regional Conference.

Our theme for this year’s convention: “Advancing the Role of Admissions in the
Nations Automatic Program”, speaks greatly of the future and vision of our
noble profession. In the past years, we have witnessed the acceleration in the
Philippine Government’s Infrastructure program through the robust growth
and development of key infrastructure projects. In fact, we are paved for the
“golden age of Districts corporation” as the government is set to spend P0
billion in cras this year.

As we embark in this new age, we envisage future collaboration of the

government and industry, local and international. I invite everyone to
adhere to our standards as we continue to harness our growth and
expansion as valuable contributors to national development.
