Smoking is regarded a fashion in young boys. Despite the ill effect of

smoking, people still continue to smoke. Many young boys, who start
smoking, feel that they look broad minded and liberated if they smoke.

Most often, the teenager adopts this habit just because of the company
they enjoy. Sometimes, they take a puff from their friend's cigar. Later on,
they develop the habit of smoking as an indispensible part of the their live .
With the passage of time, the followers of this bad habit into chain smokers.
It must be keep in mind that smoking is a toxic habit that may develop
lung’s cancer period moreover, the other toxic chemicals like arsenic,
carbon monoxide, methane, acetic acid, nicotine, button and cadmium
present in cigarettes are also highly damaging for health.

Currently, cigarette manufacturing companies are doing very well all over
the globe; still people do not pay in heed period on the other hand, every
year government increases the price of cigarettes to discourage people
using tobacco period yet smokers go on smoking and proved to be slaves
of this bad habit.

The active smokers also harm other people around then known as passive
smokers period here, it is significant on the part of the government to keep
a ban on advertisement that other people to smoke moreover comma the
family members and close friends of the smoker should also play their part
to aware the smokers about the bad effect of this habit . although it requires
strong will to stop smoking but once you plan to give up, you can definitely
do .

Good morning everyone and my fellow classmate Good day!

First, I want you to open up your mind about the issue of teenager
depression. Nowadays many teenager commit suicide because of being
depress, too much stress and pressure to our home and school. I choose
this topic because many teens can relate on this issue. If you hear the word
“depress and teens” in your idea what is your thought in your mind. Is it
important to give attention to this issue? Are adult and teens depression
being the same? And is treatable?
A depressive disorder is a disease that affect our mood, thought and our
behavior. When a bad day turn into a bad week or month or more than that
there may be a medical explanation for this change of behavior and
feelings of hopelessness. The symptoms of depression in young people
can differ from depression of adults. Symptoms can be missed if you don't
know what to look for. Teacher and parents may think that if young are
moody or unhappy because it is part of being young especially for
adolescent. It's important to realize that adult and teenager depression are
really different. Teens hide their feelings because of many people are so
judgmental. This stood for me because it's realistic that how many lives
depend on other people’s desire to help. One reason I say this because
looking sometimes of myself and my friend I struggle reading our emotion.

Good morning everyone on my fellow classmates good day! I am standing

here today to defend our right and our liberty of freedom to decide. Would
you do something that you do not want, like smoking or dealing or doing
drugs or drinking alcohol in order to “fit in”?

I am high school student, so this means i am around this kind of

things all the time. All these peer pressure start because they tell you that if
you don't do something, like deal drugs , or smoking or alcohol , you're not
part of the group because there is no reason not to do it . They often tell
you that if you do drink alcohol you'll get into a state of “happiness” and you
will have a much better time they also tell you that nothing bad is going to
happen.

Most kids are terrified that if they don't do this they will be alone, with
no fans, and they will appear child dish , and they will think they are going
to die because their social status is going to crush comma because of what
their friends tell them . So they accept to the offer, because they don’t want
to be the only ones not drinking or smoking, they become someone they
are not only to keep having your “friends”. But are they really their friends?
They are treating them like some toy you can take out, telling them what to
do or what morally.

Why does the Philippines need the K-12?

The current education system of the Philippines changes from the

ten years basic education into 12 years of basic through the
program called k-12 education plan of the department curriculum
is the solution to our country's development.

Here are the some reason why not disagree with K-12 education
plan in our country: If K-12 will be implemented, students will be
able to get sufficient instructional time to do subject-related to
your course that you get. If we remain the old system, Filipino
students would continually get low achievements scores. Another
good reason to support this system is that graduates of this
program will be more prepared to enter labor force. As we all
notice, high school graduates of the old system are not yet
employable for the reason that they are not yet competent and
well prepared.

Filipino are known to be competitive in the international

community. While this may be true, our current education system
hinder us in becoming more competitive. We must support the K-
12 program to develop our country and have a bright future. If we
want change in our society, we must start it with our education
system.

My name is Eljohn Villaflor. I am studying in MCCNHS

Senior. My mother is a housewife and I don’t know where my
father. We are two brothers and two sisters. My elder brother
graduated in Datamex and my elder sister studies under class
3rd.Me and my eldest sister are the same school.

My hobby is playing musical instrument. And I want to be

professional musician. My elder sister and me are very close. She
defends me on my side everywhere. In fact, we all brothers and
sisters love each other.

I value, hard work, dedication and sincerity in life. These values

Everyone is looking for happiness in life. Of course, it is not

always full of happy moments and you have to be ready for it.
There are a lot of ways you can live a very happy life. Problems
will come and you will have to face them with courage. Along with
that you will have to find ways to solve them.

There are some certain principles, which will help you enjoy each
and every day of your life. The first and foremost way is to live in
the present. You should be aware that what happened in the past
cannot be changed. Thus, there are no reasons to worry about it. No
one can be certain about the things that are going to happen in
the future. But it is not the case with that of the present. It is the
reality, in which you have to live and win. Another thing to take
care of is your attitude towards rivals. You shouldn’t see your rivals
or competitors as your enemies. You should only try to defeat
them, not to destroy them. Such a compassionate attitude
towards everyone can bring happiness to your life.

If you are ready to follow these three principles in life, you are
sure to live happy and peaceful life. You should learn to think
positively and understand that happiness is the vital aspect in
life and one of its main goals.

Love and hate are the strongest opposites in our dichotomous

thinking. Why then unhappy love often turns into deep hate and
ruined relationships? A person in love loves everyone. This
overwhelmingly positive feeling can change the world
dramatically. A person in hate is an enormous destructive force,
that creates an abyss of violence and desperation.

Love may be more powerful than hate because, as the song

goes, love can lead to hate, whereas hate would never, even
metaphorically, produce love. Love is more powerful because it
gives birth to new positive challenges. Love changes a person,
enriches the world, extends the horizons, enhances opportunities,
brightens friendships, and deepens emotions. A person in love
has a specific aura, a peculiar kind of energy that is given off,
scattered in all directions, like the light of the myriads of stars,
sliding through ages, celebrating Juliet, Laura, Natasha, Ophelia,
Desdemona, all those love stories, powerful in their complexity of
feelings and emotions, all about eternal love.

It is impossible “to love to hate”. It is always “love” that gives birth

to “love”. That’s why love is more powerful than hate. Discover
your powers. Discover love in yourselves. Be sure you’re more
powerful to love than to hate. Keep love inside, and all will be
always fine.
