CANCELLATION OF CAR BOOKING

Dear UB Automobile,

I have previously made a booking for a Perodua Myvi Advance (White) with Mr
Kamarole Aiman, and I would like to cancel it due to workplace issue, and I am
temporarily unavailable at the moment. Enclosed with this the Letter of undertaking
(LOU) received from Mr Kamarole Aiman early of February.

I am not familiar with the cancellation process, so please advise me if I need to fill
some form or if there is some other formality.

I believe, according to your policy, there are no cancellation charges if I cancel prior
to the booking date.

Please revert back to me and confirm that my booking has been cancelled. I surely
welcome a future opportunity to book one of your cars and I regret that this has
happened as much as you do.
