    Dear Ms. Dela Cruz:

    Greetings!

    In behalf of our client, MAGANDANG BUHAY FINANCE


    CORPORATION (MBFC) through its President and Manager
    DANIELLA DIMAGUIBA, demand is hereby made upon you to return
    the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 200, 000.00),
    of which you obtained sometime in January 15, 2015. The said amount
    constitutes the unpaid obligation of the loan you obtained from the said
    Corporation.

    Failure on your part to comply with this demand within ten (10) days
    from the receipt hereof, much to our regret, we will be constrained to file
    the necessary legal actions against you in order to protect the interest of our
    client.

    Please give this letter preferential and prompt attention to avoid a


    tedious litigation.
