PARKING SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Lease Agreement is hereby executed and made by and between:

___________________, a corporation organized and existing under the

laws of the Philippines, with office address at
________________________________, herein represented by its President
______________________, hereinafter called the LESSOR;

- and -

____________________, a corporation organized and existing under the

laws of the Philippines with office address at
________________________________, herein represented by its President
______________________, hereinafter called the LESSEE.

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the LESSEE has offered to lease from the LESSOR a parking space located
at ______________________, such parking space being further describes Parking Space No.
________ at the aforementioned location.

WHEREAS, the LESSOR has carefully considered the offer to lease made by the LESSEE
and has agreed to accept it;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties have agreed as follows:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Items Left in Vehicle. Lessor shall not be responsible for damage or loss to possessions
or items left in Lessee’s vehicle.
 2. Damage to Vehicle. Lessor shall not be responsible for damage to Lessee’s vehicle,
whether or not such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in the parking lot
and surrounding area.

3. Payments by Lessee. Lessee agrees to pay PHP ________ per (week, month, or other
term) for the lease of the aforementioned parking space. Lessee is to make such leasehold
payment –(to Lessor or Lessor’s Agent)in person (or by mail) at
_________________________________________ address. Payments shall be made in
advance by Lessee on (the first Monday of each week, the first of each month, or other
agreed date).

4. Term - The Lease shall be for a period of one (1) year, commencing on ________________
and shall end on ________________. Intention to extend the term of or to cancel the Lease
must be expressed in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original
lease term.

5. Receipts by Lessor. Lessor agrees to provide a receipt to Lessee for each payment
received. Such receipt shall show the amount paid and number of the leased parking space.

6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing ( 7 days/30 days/or
other time period) written notice to the other party. Any such notice shall be directed to a
party at the party’s address as listed below in this Agreement.
