Dear Parents,

We are enthusiast to inform you that we will be having our yearly celebration of Intramurals ’19 on October 22 – 24,
2018. This is a very big event for the entire Paulinian family for it brings out the best of your sons and daughters’ talents,
skills and camaraderie. Highlights of the events will be the Search for Mr. & Ms. Intramurals ’19 and Cheerdance
Competition by year level and we are part of the latter. In this connection, we are humbly appealing for your very
generous assistance which will serve as your sons and daughters’ contribution the amount of Six Hundred fifty Pesos
(Php 650.00). Brokendown as follows:

Php 500 - Costume for cheerdance (individual)

Php 100 – Professional Fee (PF) for the trainor of the cheerdance
Php 50- Props for cheerdance
May we request your end to hand in said amount to the undersigned below on or before October 12, 2018 since we still
need to purchase the necessary materials i.e cloth, props, etc and send them to the dressmaker soonest possible time.
Your very kind understanding and generous financial support is of great help to make our participation to the event
successful and worth winning for.
