Enrolling students consumes much time in both the staff and the students. Staff,

who are busy computing many fees in every student enrolling, and the students who are

taking their time waiting for their turn to enroll. With the computerized enrollment and

billing system, the enrolling system will lessen the time of enrolling.

Fees are already computed once the staff selected the grade level of the enrolling

students. The data gathered by the system will be saved in a database, and it can be

updated anytime. It can also print the list of the students, enrolled students, the payment

history of the school every year and the invoice. Since the students’ payment histories are

recorded, the parents who are paying the fees will not be burdened if ever the receipt is

lost.
