Introduction
AUTO-TUNE is an automobile shop focusing on the modification of the performance or
appearance of a vehicle. We provide the highest quality services that consistently meet our
customers expectations and be receptive to our customers needs and recognize customers as our
only assets for continued success.
Mission
To be receptive to customer’s needs and react in a professional and timely manner and
recognize customers as our only assets for continued success.
Vision
To provide the highest quality services that consistently meet our customer’s expectations
and our competitors capabilities while continuously improving our manufacturing processes.
Current Situation
We all know that all car lovers want to upgrade their vehicle’s appearance or
performance. By bringing their vehicle in AUTO-TUNE we can help them modify their vehicle
according to the modification they want.
Management Qualification
 Manager - a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company.
 Technicians - a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a
company or similar organization.
 Office Staff/s - is an individual employed as a clerical worker in an office.
Seeking Investors
AUTO-TUNE have a starting fund of 100,000 pesos and still need an amount of 500,000
pesos guaranteed by Banco De Oro(BDO) as a loan to be paid in 8 years. The money will be
used to complete the materials needed in automobile modification.

Closing Statement
AUTO-TUNE is expected to reach a sale of 120,000 pesos in its first year, 250,000 in its
second year and hoping to grow with the sales of 480,000 pesos in its third year and continue to
grow its sale in following years.

- The one who observe and manage the daily service of the company. Responsible for
controlling or administering all part oa the company.

2. Technician/s
- The one is in-charge in the modification or upgrading a performance of a vehicle.
Responsible in the service of the company.

3. Office Staff/s
- Manages the documents of the company/customer. A clerical worker in the office.

4. Security Personnel/s
- The one who will assure the safety of the customer as well as the whole company.

- In-charge in the sanitation of the company building.

Key Advisors
First of all, my family would be the main advisor for the company, I built, they will be
suggesting ideas for the success of the company. I will consider my friends as the secondary
advisor for the company, just like my family, also, they will suggest their ideas for the betterment
of the company. Company staffs will also be good as advisors, they will suggest their ideas on
how we can improve the growth of the company. Last but they will be the best advisors, the
customers, customers will be interviewed based on the given service of the company ande we
will take suggest from them to meet their satisfaction.

- I will be getting supplies from Yamaha for the modification of the vehicle, as well as the
materials for the upgrading of body parts of a vehicle.
B. Mobil 1
- Mobil 1 is the world’s leading synthetic engine oil manufacturer trusted by experts and
racing cars around the world. I will get motor oil supplies from Mobil 1 for the better
performance of the vehicle.

The motivation that I got to establish this business/company is a person’s obsession in a
simple car. We all know that many car lovers are wanting to modify and improve the
performance of their car. So I establish this business/company to help them modify and
improvise their vehicle according to the modification they want.

The strategy in my business is the help of social media so that I can boost the popularity
of the service of my company and for my company to recognized by the world. I will us social
media sites and also I will acquire the help of advertising by showing a commercial in
televisions. I will also have a promo to recognize the company and its service.

For over 12 years, AUTO-TUNE have been a trusted and guaranteed by its services.
From that 12 years, we experienced a lot of joy as well as being tired because of the company
problems but as we all know all problems have solutions. I am proud so was my family and staffs
for the excellent growth of the company and being the best tuning company in the world.

Each year, there will be a promo for customers so that they will be willing to comeback at
my company to modify their vehicles and we will not be only focusing in the service of the
company but we will sell also products for the better performance of a vehicle. We will be
marketing these products at a competitive prize.

AUTO-TUNE will offer some of different products; like motor oil brake fluids, lubricant
oils and gear oils. AUTO-TUNE will also offer services like tuning, car wash, vehicle repair and
modification.

AUTO-TUNE will be accepting suggestion from the customers to let us know that other
products or services will satisfy them. Those suggestions could be a big help for us because we
can formulate products and services that will satisfy the needs of the customers, not only that, it
can also rise the popularity and reputation of the company.

The products and services of my competitors has a good quality but I have the best
products and services at a affordable and guaranteed prize that will satisfy the customers. We will
be also improve the kind of our services for a better outcome and make it more satisfying to the
customers.

The very first step is to check all the materials for the modification of vehicle because it
is the best service of the company. I will be also asking the office staffs of the company to make
a report about improving the services of our company and products also. Before we release the
product we are testing it by treatment for us to know the results. Then I will evaluate all the
report about the services and products to know if there are anything special that we can add in
our services or products.

get this high sales, I will need to project products and services to come up with a higher sales.

I know that there are many companies out there that can over take the ratings of my
company but I will make sure that my company will be the best of thos companies. To achieve
these rating I need to catch the attention of all car lovers to come at my company for the possible
improvement of their vehicle by the way of getting the services and products they want.

External Environment
The factors that may affect my company is if there will be conflicts on the documents or
reports of the company about the sales, we could lose all of one year sales because of that.

Product Life Cycle


The company hired professional technicians that can modify a vehicle and the
performance of it. There will be also a time limit for the technicians to work on the vehicle’s
modification so that the customers will not be arguing on how long they will wait their vehicle to
be finished.

Barriers to Entry
One entry barrier is the capital cost associated with, acquiring all the materials an
supplies in the modification services of the company. The economy will grow and many
businesses will be established and there will be established companies that can be my
competitors. But I will find solutions to overcome these barriers and become the biggest and
longest running number one company in the world.
