CEFN Celebrates 5th Annual Senior Gala Extravaganza

Seniors are seen having fun line dancing at CEFN’s Senior Gala on April 5 at the Hilton Hotel.

On behalf of Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN), we trust that you are having an amazing
summer and looking forward to the Fall Season. It’s hard to believe that year 2019 is moving swiftly and it
will be the end of the year before you know it.

A heartfelt thanks to those of you who attended CEFN’s 5th Annual Senior Gala Extravaganza, which was held
on Friday, April 5. Appropriately 550 seniors were in attendance (see page 2 for more information). Mark
your calendars for our 6th Annual Senior Gala Extravaganza, Friday, April 3rd, 2020. Come join us down
memory lane as we host a 70’s Party on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 at the Hilton Hotel. Dress in your 70’s attire.

Please also mark your calendars for Saturday, October 5th, CEFN is supporting State Representative Chris
Rabb “Grown Folks Fall Festival,” which will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 12PM – 4PM at St.
Raymond’s Church, 1350 E. Vernon Road, Philadelphia PA 19150. Please call to RSVP at (215)-242-7300
and for more information (see enclosed flyer on page 3).

On October 25th, CEFN will host its Inaugural Senior Harvest Ball, which will be held at the Hilton Hotel
on City Ave from 11AM to 3PM (see enclosed flyer on page 4). At this inaugural event, we will be crowning
the Belle and Lord Harvest of the Ball. Come out and dress up in your formal/semi-formal attire. For ticket
information, call 215-858-4957. Hope to see your face in the place!

Finally, CEFN will be supporting CareGivers America Senior Holiday Gala on Tuesday, December 17th.
CEFN will be assisting with selling tickets for the event. The event will be held at the Marriot Hotel, 12th and
Filbert Street, from 11AM to 4PM. More details will follow soon.
