To provide high quality adminstrative assistance to the young audiences delivery team so that

Operations Support
To provide operational support, both on and off-site, to the local delivery team – ensuring that the team delivers
a programme that demonstrably meets the needs of selected audiences within the 18-35 target group, reflects
the values and priorities of the British Council and positions the organisation in the market as a contemporary,
high-quality service provider.
 Co-ordination with the Central procurement team with regard to Collection development (magazines)
 Handling magazines surveys, collecting data for Delhi region
 Organsing sale of withdrawn books
 Inter Library Loan

 Uploading data on to Website
 Libsys (Library management software) administration
 Web related issues / enquiries handling(JM2)
 Assistance in organising Events and other Marketing activities
 Assistance in off-site promotional event
 Memebrship follow-up (sendign reminders through letter, mail and telephone)
