 Drive test log file processing and report preparation based on customerInput
and Detail Analysis of rogue cells based on Drive test results.
 Defines a complete communication system/network to meet
customers’requirements: system dimensioning & design, design interfaces
between the network elements in an end to end view.

analysis and resource availability either to expand resources/new site or
through parameter tuning to relief congestion
 IRAT Optimization and optimize the 3G-2G interworking strategy according to

 Scrambling Code and Neighbor Plan Audit and optimize 3G-3G, 3G-2G, 2G-3G
