Criminal etiology – the scientific analysis of causes of crime.

Etiology – origin causes punishment of crime ( HINUNGDAN )


Crime refers to the scientific analysis of the causation of crimes and the behavior of the criminal.
Sociology – it is the application of the law and the study of criminology ( study about the law , the rule of conduct (law).
Penology – the study what deals with punishment ( rehabilitation )

Applied science – both science and art anthropology, psychology, sociology, and others naturals science may be applied in the study of the
cause of crime , while chemistry , medicine , physics , mathematics , etc… may be utilized in crime detection..
A social science - is a crime in societal creation tat exist in society, its study must be considered a part of social science.
Dynamic – criminology changes as the social condition changes.
Nationalistic - the study of crime must always be in relation with the existing criminal law in the territory .
Crime - an act or omission in violation of criminal law in this legal point of view.
Misdemeanor - acts that are in violation of simple rules and regulations usually referring to acts committed by minor offenders.
