Furthermore, I agree that the signed contract must be handed to the PSMO Secretariat on or before
April 30, 2019 and that full payment is required on or before July 31, 2019 (Please make checks
payable to the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology).

In addition, I will abide by the mandate of The Society which states that “PSMO does not support the
use of complementary or alternative medicines (CAMs) with no FDA approval; no approved
therapeutic claims and / or not FDA registered for therapeutic use”.

I will ensure that all advertising materials and products to be displayed during the convention must be
pre-approved by the Chair of the Physical Arrangements Committee; and that PSMO reserves the
right to remove materials that does not conform to the mission/vision of the Society.
