standard / small frame size that can fit up to 4 pictures, wallet size fits in most wallets and
pockets, ID or cute size that can be put into most ID holders and small holders.

IV. Production Plan

A. Manufacturing process
The process in making the products for the photo booth is to capture the picture/s of
the customers, then the picture/s can be edited for improvements and adjustments.
Afterwards, the picture/s of the customers will be printed in photo paper and will be
packaged and ready to be distributed to the customers.

B. Machinery and Equipment

The equipment to be used for this business is a camera for taking the picture/s of the
customers, as well as a ring light to provide lighting to the subjects in the picture.
Various props and materials are to be used for additional costumes or enhancements
for the customers when taking their picture/s to add creativity and uniqueness in each
shot.

C. Raw Materials
The materials to be used in this type of business are photo paper, colored paper, and
plastic packaging to be used for the product which is the picture/s. Other materials
used such as wood, colored cloth, tables, tent, cardboard boxes, small drawers,
colored paper, and straws are used for the building and maintenance of the booth.

V. The market
1. Describe your potential customers and where, how and why you are likely to find
them.
Potential customers for this business are the students, teachers and faculty
members, especially those at a young age and those within a group of friends,
since the location and setting is within the campus of PCU-Dasmarinas, the
students, teachers and faculty members are likely the customers this business will
attract, and because outsiders are not allowed. The promotion and advertising
team will help in attracting potential customers and will be attracted to the offers
in the booth. The Senior High School students, especially those at Grade 11, are
expected to be our potential customers since they have the most convenient time
and schedule during the operation hours of the business, as well as the type of
product we offer is targeted towards younger people that may be interested in
taking pictures and creating memories.
2. Discuss how large the potential market can grow in your area, and consider how
large a share of that local market you can expect to gain.
The potential market can continue to grow for this business because offers may
change each day and add uniqueness to the memories in the picture/s of the
customers. In the market share for this type of business, we can take hold of a
larger portion than others since we offer variety and uniqueness that may help
entice customers.

VI. The Competition

Discuss the actual and potential competitors, their sales and market share, and their likely
response to your entry into the existing market.
Competition in this type of business is slim, but there are competitors that have the same
type of business however their offers may differ in ours. Potential competitors may be the
other businesses that attract more attention and sells more products, because even if they
have a different type of business, our potential customers may be attracted to them and
become unable to be attracted to our offers and products. Since many businesses are
competing at the same time and at the same place, promotion and advertising will be
extremely competitive and our team must be assertive and confident in order to attract
more customers than the competition.
