Background:

Before Independence of Pakistan Kotnajibullah was ancient village different Religious people
was lived here mostly like (Muslims, Hindu).Mostly 90% people speak Hindko(Shah Mukhi) as
mother language This institute has historical values and places. Nowadays some houses and
worship places nomination of village history like Mosque, Madaris, School, and House
constructions in Bazar side. Geographical point of view also spelt Kot Najibullah, is one of the
44 union councils, administrative subdivisions, of Haripur District. Kot Najibullāh in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
is located in Pakistan about 18 mi (or 29 km) north-west of Islamabad, the country's capital city. Kot
Najibullah is 3rd largest town in distric Haripur.It has population of (50,000 according 2017
population census people).The major cast of Kot Najibullah is Gujjar and Awan.The famous
Mohallahs of kot najibullah is Mohallah ,Katha,Khandaq,Muqadma,Takia and Saeed Abad.
Kot Najibullah is famous for the Hattar Industrial Estate, 2 km from KotNajibullah.
Government Higher Secondary School Kot Najibullah is a very old school and
played a vital role in educating people of Haripur and nearby districts. The village
has its own railway station on the Havalian-Rawalpindi Railway Line. It has a higher
secondary school for girls, a police station and also a 12 bed rural hospital.
Due to a nearby industrial region, people of this village also work in different
industries. Besides many serving Army officers, there have been many Army officers
from this village, namely, Maj Gen (Retd) Sardar Muhammad Khalid, Brig (Retd)
Sohrab Alam, Brig (Retd) Iftikhar Alam and Late Col (Retd) Sardar Zamurad Khan.

People of kotnajbullah socially very strong and hardworker. The institute was started since 1932 also
vital role in learning process. Different people work in different fields of life those people was also part
of this school. Mostly people relate with education, teach in different institutions. Presently 1200
students enrolled including (“boys”800 & “girls”400) also 30 staff members. People shows trust on the
behalf of hardworking of Head person and his staff members. Geographically school situated on main
