It all depend on what input is available in the project. Method 1: Via Well Tops
• Activate the first set of well top that
will define the isochore (Make it bold) • Right click on the second set of the well top • Select ‘Convert to isochore points. • At the bottom of the Input tab, the isochore points is found. Method 1: Via Well Tops
• Open the Make/ edit surface process
• Insert the isochore points as the main input and set the rest of the parameters. • Click Apply or Ok • An isochore surface will be created Method 2: Via Surfaces
• Right click on one of the surfaces
• Select Calculator • Set the calculator as shown;
Result surface First surface Second surface
• Click Enter Method 2: Via Surfaces
• The result is stored in Input tab
Method 3: Via Surface Settings • Right click on one of the surfaces • Select Settings • Go to Operations tab > Calculations folder and select “Make thickness map” • Insert in the Base surface found at the lower part of that window the base surface • Make sure the option found below the Base surface option is turn off. This will calculate the surface based in TVT • Click on “Run” • A surface (isochore) would be created in the Input Panel Method 4: Via Model Main zone level • Open Zone filter • Depending on the interval of isochore to generate from Sub-zone level (Main zone or sub-zone level), go to the Settings > Output • Click ‘Make isochore’ • Result would be found in the Input Panel Method 4: Via Model
