Korea & Plasma Power Plant Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as
“K&PE”) a company organized and conduting business under the laws of the Republic of
Korea, would like to express our keen interest to participate in the 4 PLTSa (Pembangkit
Listrik Tenaga Sampah = Waste-to-Energy Plant) Power Projects in the areas as shown in
below ;

 Sulawesi Selatan
 Bali

We, K&PE is an environmentally friendly new and renewable energy waste incineration
power plant. As the PLTSa development plans are well within our scope and capabilities, we
would like to seek the opportunity to deliver this project through close cooperation.
