PROCLAMATION NO. 192

RESERVING FOR THE VETERANS CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF
THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and
pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the
Philippines, do hereby reserve for the Veterans Center site purposes under the
administration of the Veterans Federation of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any
there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the
Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Parcel 3, Psu-2031, Portion) situated in Fort Bonifacio (formerly Fort
William Mckinley) in Pasig, Rizal. Bounded on the NW along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6 by remaining
portion; on the NE along lines 6-7 by remaining portion; on the SE along lines 7-8-9-10-11-
12 by remaining portion; on the SW along lines 12-1 by remaining portion. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan being N. 78 deg. 34’E., 5,110.40 meters from B.L.L.M. #1 Taguig,
Rizal;

thence N. 62 deg. 17′ E., 300.00 m. to point 2;

thence N. 62 deg. 17′ E., 300.00 m. to point 3;

thence N. 62 deg. 17′ E., 300.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 62 deg. 17′ E., 300.00 m. to point 5;

thence N. 62 deg. 17′ E., 362.50 m. to point 6;

thence S. 27 deg. 43′ E., 320.00 m. to point 7;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ W., 362.50 m. to point 8;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ W., 300.00 m. to point 9;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ W., 300.00 m. to point 10;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ W., 300.00 m. to point 11;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ W., 300.00 m. to point 12;

thence N. 27 deg. 43′ W., 320.00 m. to the point of

the beginning; containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (500,000) Square Meters
more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground with
P.S. cylindrical concrete monuments, 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date of survey March 8-14,
1967.

This Veterans Center shall serve as the center of the different activities of Filipino war
veterans, including the Veterans Rehabilitation, Medicare and Training Center headquarters
for the various veterans organizations and other allied activities.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of
the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred
and sixty-seven.
