Q: I want to access other VIA Buyers.

A: Your access to VIA Buyers depends on your VIA membership.
1. If you are a COUPON MEMBER, you will have an access to only one
specific Buyer. One coupon membership is for one VIA Buyer.
2. If you are a BASIC or PREMIUM MEMBER, you can pre-qualify to
multiple online VIA Buyers.
3. Click the “Upgrade Now” tab on your VIA profile to see the list of
online Buyers.

MEMBERSHIP AND FEE

Q: What is the difference of COUPON RATE and MODULE RATE?
A: There is no COUPON RATE. But VIA has a COUPON MEMBERSHIP for
vendors pre-qualifying for COUPON BUYERS. Coupon membership is a free
access to VIA while pre-qualifying to a specific Coupon Buyer.

MODULE RATE is discounted rate for non-coupon Buyers of pre-qualifying

vendors under Basic or Premium membership.

Q: Do we get accredited if pre-qualification is completed?

A: Vendor pre-qualification is the initial step for vendor evaluation according
to financial risk and business performance. Accreditation is a Buyer’s internal
process of selecting pre-qualified vendors based on their internal
requirements.

Remember: VIA pre-qualifies vendors. Buyer accredits the pre-qualified

vendors. It is the sole discretion of a Buyer to grant the accreditation status
to a pre-qualified vendor.

You may contact the VIA Buyer directly to check whether your company is
accredited after a successful vendor pre-qualification.

Q: Do we receive a notification or an advisory if the pre-qualification

is completed?
A: Your vendor pre-qualification is completed once your status changed to
“Report Delivered”. CRIF D&B provides either an advisory letter or a
certificate for most Buyers.

DOCUMENTS
Q: What requirements do I need to submit?
A: Vendors are required to submit the common documents and module
documents. VIA requires two types of documents – COMMON and MODULE
documents.

Common documents refer to documents required across all VIA Buyers.

These documents should be completed for vendor’s VIA membership.

Module documents refer to documents required by a specific VIA Buyer for

vendor pre-qualification. The module documents will vary based on the
Buyer’s internal requirements.

Q: How do I upload documents in VIA?

A: Some of the common reasons in experiencing difficulties in uploading
documents are slow internet connection and document file size. Please make
sure to check your internet connection. Files to be uploaded should be in
PDF form and not more than 50MB in size.

Q: How does the three-month policy works?

A: After successfully paying your membership and pre-qualification fee, your
company is given THREE MONTHS to completely submit all the required
common and module documents. Failure to complete the documents within
three months may affect your pre-qualification and your payment will be
non-refundable.

Q: How can we check our company’s lacking requirements?

A: There are several ways to check your lacking requirements:
• Check your registered email address. Our Document Analyst
sends email notifications about your lacking requirements.
• Log-in to your VIA account. Once logged-in, click the
‘Documents’ tab and your lacking requirements (if there are any)
will appear.
• Email sirda.ph@crif.com to know more about your lacking
requirements.

Q: How do we know if our company has a Red Flag status?

A: Our Business Analysts will call and email the contact person of your
company for any discrepancies and inconsistencies on any of your company
records.

A Red Flag status is given to a vendor when a discrepancy or inconsistency

is found during the course of CRIF D&B’s investigation. It might also be
given to a vendor who failed to submit updated/amended documents within
a given period.
