ABS Training
*Note: Hi there, the most important thing I understood was not to skip a day training the abs, not to eat more than you train or train less than you eat.
It really doesn't matter so much what kind of exercise you do as long as you train hard and believing that you will get the results you want. When I
started with this journey, I only maintained a good cardio routine, but wasn't doing any abs exercises and they were hard to do in the beginning. That
was why I picked up planks as they looked a bit easy to do, don't take much time and I started adding more and more exercises to them. Together with Right now I start or finish my abs
that, I started eating more eggs in the mornings, cereals, a lot of chicken, vegetables and fruits and I reduced the calories in the evenings sometimes to a workouts with a 2 minute plank, so if you
minimum. That is the trick, to go to bed a bit hungry, you eat what you eat in the morning and for lunch and slowly reduce your dinner portions to the are sick of planks, just do one and pick up
point when you eat one salad or a banana and you are ok. I am really a chocolate obsessed person and sugar was a big personal challenge, but exercises from above that work well with
sometimes when I was eating a chocolate or a cake during lunch (never for dinner), I had that mentality that I need to train or do something that day to your body. I found that Leg raise crunches,
burn that sugar. I thought that for 30 days I will be all shred and looking awesome, but my bad "diet" failed me and I just needed more time. So, you side crunch elbow towards leg and leg lifts
will start slowly getting into an active routine and good and healthy eating habit and you will start to like it. No matter what time it may take, you should worked very well for me.
never stop believing. When you want to get good results, when you see the first small change on your body it is really motivational and you push harder
and harder. The above exercises are really working and don't worry that much for the perfection of your exercise, it doesn't matter, sometimes it is
better to do something wrong than not to do it. If you watched my video you will see that in the beginning I didn't have much of a difference and that
was a bit disappointing, but I didn't stop and reached the results I wanted, so I am sure whatever current condition you are having, you will reach your
goals only if you believe and don't stop. Best of luck and if you have any sort of questions, please write to me in Facebook.
