INTERPRETATION
In The One Sample t-test the t value is more than the significance value so the null hypothesis
is rejected or alternate hypothesis is accepted

Let null hypothesis be that there is no significance effect of cost of holding

inventory on the profitability of the company

Residual 1.213E9 4 3.031E8
Total 1.809E9 5
A. Predictors: (Constant), povalue
b. Dependent Variable: LcCharges

INTERPRETATION
As the level of significance is greater than 0.05, we reject our null hypothesis and accept our
alternate hypothesis i.e. po value effects the L/c charges of the company
REGRESSION
1. Linear Regression between the cost of inventory & sales of a company

Model Summary
Adjusted R Std. Error of
Model R R Square Square the Estimate
1 .574a .330 .162 17410.98453
a. Predictors: (Constant),
b. povalue

INTERPRETATION
In it the value of R is .301 so there is a low degree of relation between the cost of inventory &
sales of the company

1) Let null hypothesis be that there is no significance effect of purchase order value on the
remittance charges of the company.

a. Predictors: (Constant), povalue
b. Dependent Variable: remittenceChargrs

INTERPRETATION
As the level of significance is greater than 0.05, we reject our null hypothesis and accept our
alternate hypothesis i.e. purchase order value effects the remittance charges of the company.
2. Regression between the cost of holding inventory & profitability of a company

Model Summary
Adjusted R
Model R R Square Square Std. Error of the Estimate
1 .699a .488 .360 3454.05037
a. Predictors: (Constant), povalue

INTERPRETATION
In it the value of R is .974 so there is a high degree of relation between the cost of inventory
& profitability of the company
