2.1 Recruitment Process Outsourcing
At Nityo we have developed a unique Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Model with many value ad‐
ditions appended. In this model, client can outsource either a part or a full‐fledged recruitment activity to
Nityo. We understand the business constraints and are always considerate towards clients needs. Nityo
will facilitate the recruitment process by providing skilled human resources, tools, technologies, etc. and
would virtually function as our client’s "Recruitment Department". Nityo team would be responsible for
whole recruitment process which will include catering requirements up to joining of the candidate. Nityo
being as a Service recruitment partner will not only reduce costs and save time but will also help in giving
more efficient services to managers as well candidates. By outsourcing the Process to Nityo, the organiza‐
tions will have more resources and time to concentrate on their core competencies.
In RPO model, a dedicated team of recruiters will be deployed at client’s site and Nityo’s offices to work
on the requirement. This team would follow the client’s existing recruitment process or adopt Nityo’s
proven recruitment methodologies based on client’s needs. Constant Communication and necessary MIS
reports will be maintained and will be sent to the client in order to update so that they can monitor the
ongoing proceedings. Since, RPO is one of our core focus area and hence we utilize our intrinsic econo‐
mies of scale as well as the veteran recruiting expertise to help client to have the best workforce with
streamed line procedures. In addition, the client will also be liberated from tormenting its resources in
case of greater fluctuation in volumes.
2.2 Permanent Staffing
Human Resource plays the most important role in any business. After understanding the significance of
this resource, we at Nityo make conscious efforts to provide the right mix of quality candidates keeping in
mind the client’s description, needs and requirements as well as the work culture of the organization. We
have expanded horizon in permanent staffing and also facilitate high end recruitments.
2.3 Staff Augmentation
Looking at the present economic scenario, many companies are flooded with various projects to complete
within a stipulated time period. In this situation, it is very difficult for any sector to hunt for resources in
large volumes for pre‐decided period. Nityo Team can provide these resources on a temporary basis as
required by the client and help them to overcome their challenges and meet their deadlines on time. De‐
pending on the needs of the project, we zero down on resources within a short span of time to avoid un‐
necessary expenses on client’s front and make them equally competitive in the industry.
Nityo offers following services under Staff Augmentation:
1. Time and Material (T & M): Under T & M, we deploy resources at client’s location on our payroll. The
recruitment done is for a specific project or for a certain time period.

2. Managed Services: Under Managed Services, we provide end‐to‐end staffing solutions to client’s project
right from Project Managers to L1 engineers. The services offered are SLA based.
Nityo also provides contract staff on a need basis, with the option of converting them to a permanent staff
of your organization, after completion of their contract term which could vary from six months to a year.
