PRELIMINARY MATTERS
a. Calling the Meeting to Order – the meeting of MDC was called to order by the Honorable
Presiding Officer Mayor Fortunato R. Abrenilla at 9:35 o’clock in the morning.
b. Opening Prayer – invocation and singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Awit sa Bohol by
the LCD
c. Report on Attendance – The Head Secretariat reported that based on the registration, there
was a sufficient number of members to constitute a quorum.
d. Chairperson’s Opening Remarks
e. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting on February 2, 2012.
 f. Proposals and Matters for Discussions
1. Supplemental Investment Plan No.1-2012
2. Re-alignment of Some Continuing Appropriation
3. Matters for information

The following notes/points taken:

1. Capt. Arnold Pielago – raised the concern of a) Waterworks having a milky/turbidity water
supply due to heavy rains; b) regular clean-up of market drainage and canals c) foul odor of
septic tank near Kiosk and comfort room from 2nd Floor. Each of the item was discussed by the
mayor and refer the matters to concern offices for actions.
2. Capt. Cristito Jamisola – raise the problems of waste water coming from Abbatoir, asking when
to rehabilitate the slaughter house and pipelines of waterworks going to Pangdan area. The
Mayor answered the query that there are now amount of budget allocated for the rehabilitation
of Jagna Abbatoir from the 20% Development Funds and also an in-placed-Class A type plan
Slaughter House for implementation.
3. Capt. Arnold Pielago – raised the body on the updates on the : a) demolition of Market Kiosk b)
riverside demolition and hearsay of some selling or renting out a female's body to satisfy the
lust at videoke bars along riverside of Jagna Public Market.
4. Information – approved 1M cost project for Can-upao flood control according to Edsel Tutor

Adjournment

Since there were no more matters to be taken up, motion to adjourn by Cristito Jamisola seconded by
Larry Cagampang, the meeting was adjourned at 11:50 AM.
