Class example
Introduction (5 sentences- 1 paragraph)

o Who, what when where and why.

o What does the reader need to know before reading this review?

Who- W42 class

What- we were constructing a wind turbine r a water wheel

When- from Wednesday to Thursday for the entire day

Where- the stem room

Why- to learn about renewable energy.

From Wednesday to Thursday, W42 class were constructing a wind turbine r a waterwheel in the
STEM room, because we were learning about renewable energy.

Body

o Give your opinions about what you thought of the day. Use examples and give reason to why
did or didn’t like parts of the day.

One of the problems we faced was that we couldn’t hear the bell. This was a problem because we
missed five minutes of recess. One possible solution to this could have been keeping one of the
connecting doors open to hear the bell.

Another one of the problems was that there was no vacuum. This was an issue because there was
lots of mess on the floor at the end of the day. Having a vacuum is more efficient than picking thing
up off the flor ourselves.

On the plus side, the white board tables were very useful for drawing out our plans. They helped us
draw diagrams along side our work and for the teacher to help us as we worked. They also folded
vertically which meant we could use them as white boards. However the tables scratched easily and
smudged when we drew on them, or when other people erased our work.

Conclusion (1 paragraph)

o Summarize your key points briefly. This is your last chance to sell your main points.

o Suggestions to make the room better.

To conclude, I fund the STEM room spacious and a really good experience. We were unable to hear
the bell and there was no vacuum. However the white board tables were very durable. We would
recommend this room to another class and give it a 4.5 out 5 stars.
