Notes from Last Meeting


During the last meeting we all agreed on a plan to get the product out the door on time. With
everyone working extra hours and chipping in where needed we should be able to make a Q3 release
date.

Engineers need to continue developing the product while everyone on the QC team needs to test as team. Talk to HR

well as update test plans. Full discussion needed on individual tasks. See chart below for form to be
filled out.

Launch Date1
Because of impending industry events, we need to get the product out by the end of Q3. Any dealys
will significantly hinder revenue. Specific dates need to be determined and goals set.
