    CIRCULAR – 51

    Sub: MBBS-Uploading of IA marks-Reg.

    It has been observed that due to erroneous uploading of IA marks and


    admission of ineligible candidates, processing of results of MBBS program gets
    delayed and results of few students need to be withheld. To avoid recurrence of
    such errors and to process the results with accuracy in time, colleges are requested
    to comply with the following guidelines.

    1. The IA marks of students who have qualified to appear for University Exam
    must be uploaded in the University Examination portal irrespective of
    whether the students appear for Theory Exam or not.

    2. The IA marks obtained by the students must be notified to them well in


    advance before the commencement of the examination.

    3. During each session, Consolidated list of students appearing for the


    University Examination year wise/subject wise shall be forwarded to the
    University.

    4. Repeaters list may be shown separately for each session.

    5. As per recent Circular no. 50 dt. 14.03.2019 IA marks cannot be


    improved from May’19 session. Hence the applications received
    from colleges in this regard will not be considered. The students may
    be informed accordingly.

    These guidelines may be scrupulously followed from May’19 session onwards and
    any deviation will be viewed seriously. The colleges may refrain from sending
    students to University with requests on any issue which are against any of the rules
    in force.
