Sugar and Spice Pecans Add to Collection

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 egg white
2 1/2 tablespoons water
8 cups Pecan halves

Instructions
Combine sugar, and all spices, water and the egg white in a bowl and mix well. Add pecans, and stir until
they are well coated. Spread in a lightly greased foil lined jelly roll pan.  Bake at 275 degrees for 50 to 55
minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from the pan, and allow to cool on wax paper. When nuts
have cooled store in an airtight container.
