Discussion of Agenda:
1. Updates
• Main activities of VolCorps will be conducted starting on the resume of classes in the 2nd
semester.
• Series of trainings will be conducted on the four weeks of November.
• All students who registered before on the VolCorps Registration sheet will be emailed
and updated personally. They will also be given a Microsoft file of a Re-affirmation Form
which deadline of submission will be on OCTOBER 25, 2010. This task will be delivered
by USC VolCorps Sec. Gen. Jules Guiang.
• Formulation of Ids for the current active VolCorps, as well as the Executive Board, will
be made and given by the USC Secretariat Committee.
• VolCorps shall also initiate the announcements of pertinent details pertaining the
coming Registration Period next semester. This announcements shall be conducted
during SEMBREAK.

2. USC and VolCorps Bonding Activity

• A bonding activity among the USC officers and the VolCorps will be conducted on
NOVEMBER 12, 2010.
• It was discussed that this bonding activity won’t be feasible anymore this 1st semester
since it is already on the requirements week.

3. Income Generating Project – VolCorps Fan

• On the Registration Period for the 2nd Semester A.Y. 2010 – 2011, VolCorps will be
selling VolCorps Fans.
• All fans will be marked with volunteerism quotes and as well as other promotions for
VolCorps. Designs will be made by USC VolCorps Publicity Head Pat Papa. Deadline of
designs is on the THIRD WEEK of OCTOBER.
• Fliers promoting VolCorps will be given per fan that will be sold.
• Canvassing of prices of fans and other financial matters will be handled by the USC
Secretariat Committee, whose deadline is on SEPTEMBER 29, 2010.
• Strategic locations such as outside the O.U.R., P.N.B., A.S., C.H.K., etc, will be the
places where the fans will be sold.

4. Pertinent Dates to Remember

• September 24, 2010 – Assistance to Rock ‘n Rage event
• September 29, 2010 – Deadline of Canvassing of Fans
• SEMBREAK – Announcements regarding the Registration Period; Promotion of
VolCorps Fans
• THIRD WEEK of OCTOBER – Deadline of DESIGNS for FANS
• October 25, 2010 – Consolidation of Re-affirmation forms; PRINTING OF FANS
